Working on a peninsula with one way in
Annapolis Neck is a peninsula, and that shapes the job more than people expect. Access is usually off Forest Drive and down something narrow, so the question is often whether a paver and a loaded dump truck can physically get to the work and turn around at the end of it.
We look at that first, before anything else, because it decides the method. Tight access sometimes means smaller plant and more passes, which we would rather tell you up front than discover on the morning. Being surrounded by water on both sides also means a high water table, so the base matters here as much as the surface does.
